I received a call from Jackie with Jackies Profiles salon and was asked to go give her an estimate in Houma Louisiana for parking lot striping. Upon showing up I noticed the paint she had used in the past was water based. Concrete requires oil based paint for it to last longer. We agreed upon doing the job on a Sunday so no customers were bothered. I mentioned to her that she had some mold growing on the vinyl siding and we would be happy to take care of that also.
